Nearly every couple tells us the same thing. They almost did not call, because the roots are in barbecue. Then they came to a tasting. Brisket carved at the station. Prime rib. Citrus brandy chicken. Dill honey salmon. Pork belly bites passed at cocktail hour. The barbecue is where we learned to cook. The wedding menu is where we get to show what that turned into.

Catering, bar, décor, rentals, setup, and cleanup, handled by the same people. No stitching together five vendors and hoping they talk to each other. You plan with one team, and one team shows up.
THE WORKSHOP
Centerpieces, linens, signage, sweetheart-table pieces, and more, from an inventory we have built over years. We sit down with you for a planning workshop, design the tables together, and often fold it into your package. If we do not have the piece you want, we help you find it.
